Terms, privacy, and responsible use.
The agreements and safeguards governing ORION, kept together in one readable record.
Using ORION.
The short version
ORION is a research tool. You receive a license to use it, not ownership of it. Do not scrape it, resell it, or present its output as your own advice to clients without an Institutional plan. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you can cancel any time from your account.
Service
ORION provides historical market context computed from third-party data. Output is informational, provided as-is, and may contain errors or gaps. We do not warrant fitness for trading decisions and are not liable for losses arising from use of the service.
Accounts and billing
Plans bill monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically. Cancellation stops the next renewal; paid periods are not refunded except where law requires. We may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits or share credentials.
The minimum the product needs.
What we collect
Account email, billing status via our payment processor, and product usage such as searches run, views opened, and reads tracked. Payment card details never touch our servers.
What we do with it
Operate the service, grade your tracked reads, and send the digests you opt into. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it except with the processors that run billing and infrastructure.
Your controls
Export or delete your account data from settings, or by writing to [email protected]. Account deletion enters a 7-day grace period, then removes personal account data.
Historical context, not investment advice.
ORION reports historical distributions: what followed windows of market history that resemble the present one. Historical performance does not determine future results. A 100% base rate across five analogs is five data points, not a guarantee.
Nothing on this site or in the product is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. ORION is not a registered investment adviser or broker-dealer. Figures may contain data errors; every exhibit carries its data date so you can verify against primary sources.
If you need advice, engage a licensed professional who knows your situation. Use ORION as context, with the sample size and range kept beside every claim.
